The measurements Frank took for each window was perfect. The installation team arrived early even though we had a storm the day before. They covered the floors to keep the house clean, taped off the work area, removed and installed the new windows. Recently, I contracted with Authentic Window Design to replace virtually all of the windows in my house with new Marvin windows. The timing became a problem when my son and his wife moved into my house while they were between apartments. The problem was that they had a baby on its way and he ended up arriving during the week the windows were to be installed. AWD shifted its schedule so that all of the windows were installed during the three days that the new baby was in the hospital. He arrived to a clean, secure home, never knowing that his grandparents’ house used to have old, drafty windows.
The Marvin windows that AWD installed were everything I had been promised and more. The installation process was painless for my family. The house was perfect afterward. The windows are easy to clean. The wood frames look beautiful. They have made a big difference in the whole appearance of my home, both inside and out.
Everything is to our satisfaction. It exceeds expectations by all measures. The quality of the products are superb and your installers are very professional, polite and do excellent workmanship. Authentic Window Design had the contract to install all new replacement windows in one of our houses. The first person we met was the estimator, he walked me through all of the process and showed me the type of window being used. Upon arrival, the crew was very friendly and polite; they were clean laying traps down to walk on and by the areas they were working on first. The job was 2 ½ days to do the installation. Every day I was given a progress report and any concerns and optional work that needed to be done to guarantee the best job outcome. When they were done they gave me a walk through and a chance to inspect their work. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the clean and neat job that was performed. I would recommend Authentic Window Design to all my friends and plan on using them again on other one of our houses.

Your installers, Jose and his assistant, did a superb job of our window replacement. As the sashes had been painted together, I worried that the upper sash might crack when the lower sash was removed for replacement. Jose separated the sashes with ease, leaving the good window perfectly in tact. The work was quick and neat. The installers couldn't have been more professional! As you know the window project for our home was in four phases, the large sitting room windows, windows in the front of the house including the second story loft, windows in the kitchen and rear of the building and finally special round windows (with a sand-blast design) and a wide awning window for the master bedroom. The building is a converted 19th century church so there were many challenges (some discovered only when the walls were opened).
We are very happy with all of the windows, they look great and are wonderfully functional in both warm weather and cold. It was very easy to work with you and Anthony — you made difficult seeming problems just go away. And Jose and his crew were very professional and their work was first class.

From beginning to end, Frank made it clear that his goal was to accomplish the work with highest possible standards. Not only was the work performed by Jamith and his helper done to this high standard, but also the manner in which it was completed reflected their own pride and professionalism toward their work. Being in the High End Architectural Woodworking business for over 40 years I got very accustomed to premium grade standards when it comes to quality products as well as skilled craftsmanship. Looking for and finding a quality window contractor when it came time to replace the windows on my own 92 year old house became a very concerning matter. I had already decided on the Marvin brand for the high level of quality product I wanted, so my MAIN concern was the quality of skilled labor that would be installing them.
I have over 60 windows in my home so I decided to replace them in 4 phases. I have to say I was very nervous on the first phase even though the project manager, Frank Kelly, assured me everything would be to my liking, we all know the proof is always in the performance. Well, not only did AWD meet my expectations but they managed to exceed them. Starting with Mr. Kelly’s close attention to the details of my project and his ability to field dimension precisely. Fabrication and delivery time was right on schedule and then came the installation. The installers showed up on time and proceeded to protect the surrounding areas inside my house as well as the outside. In one day my old windows were out and the new ones were in.
AWD’s men were extremely courteous , worked in a very organized and clean manner, very meticulous and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. It was such a relief to me that I made the right choice hiring AWD. This was professionalism at its finest !! What really impressed me was the fact that phase two and three, that were done years apart, were also executed like clockwork. Consistent high quality performance is what makes them outstanding. I highly recommend them..

Authentic Window just finished (in two days!) their second job for me. I live in a 75-year-old house, which came with wrought iron casement windows and doors on the first floor. Now I am happy to say I have Marvin double-glazed custom casement windows and doors. The workers were neat, fast, and polite. They did an outstanding job in record time and from my first experience with them they came back to fix a leaky gutter above my new doors and assured me they were not done until I was satisfied.
